Two previous orders were perfection. But, this time, the enlarged poster came out over-processed (or something happened)...the colors were way exaggerated and skewed...different from the original jpeg that I submitted. However, since Customer Service is unable to ascertain/acknowledge the problem, maybe I'll just do a bit of dry-brushing with some acrylic paints to try to bring the brownish palm fronds back to their proper green and the orange-ish sand back to its proper sandy color. Oh well, stuff happens -- I'll still be a future customer.

My canvas was very low quality. The photo was blurred and it was a small size. The aluminum photo was great, but scratched.

We are extremely sorry for any inconvinence caused, we print the images as uploaded so if the image quality would have been low then it would have apperared blurry, however we do have a proof image request service in which if a customer request proof image we send the image for approval as our designer takes a look at it.

Quick shipping. Always great packaging. One of the cavas' had a bubble in it but I was able to fix it by recanvasing it.
