Gorgeous ring and excellent craftsmanship. Delivered 3 days late but still an excellent delivery time overall. The only disappointing fact is that the ring was much smaller than what the pictures led us to believe. It would've been better if there was a picture of a model wearing the rings for better size comparison or the option to choose the same design but bigger in size.
This website has products with high making charges. I had to wait for offer and make sure I get discount on making charges so that I get it nearly price equal to local places. It is not like they have very exclusive designs too. Please check what is the percentage extra they are changing than your gold rate and it's really huge. If you buy gold regularly you can make the difference. I am giving this review so that these gold shops understand and not cost so much money even on simple designs.
By far one the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had... The order took over 31 days to prepare with no end in sight. As soon as i ordered I received an email with estimated delivery date as 1. 1. 1970... I needed the necklace to arrive on 25th March (as per the customer support team) it arrived on 1st April... I called them over 9 times (international calls) and everytime I call they give me a different ETA... I made multiple complaints non of which had shared a ticket number. Every time I contact them I'd have to explain evvvverything all over again... I have record of over 3 of the customer support team give me 3 different dates.
Good quality products, transparent pricing, nice packaging
The products are really beautiful and well made, I have cut 2 stars for only customer service. They have the worst customer service ever like the street side vendor will give you better customer service then them. I ordered a beautiful bracelet and due to good differences the price reduced so they had to refund me some money it took me over 9-10 calls and over a month to get back this money which they should have refunded back without this drama. Every time I called they said the refund process was blocked for some reason ( the reason was unknown to them) and plz wait for 24-48 hrs u will get the refund.
I ordered a necklace after speaking to customer care and jewellery person and making sure this will be delivered on or before 27th. It was my son's first birthday on 28th. This was delivered Late and hence i missed the opportunity of my life.
Delayed delivery and refund of previous order took more than a month for refund to be processed and the first pendant mentioned for kids had all the sharp edges and points
It was an awful experience for me. System generated emails and chat support is pathetic. There is no update shared with you until and unless you follow up with them. The chats are as usual non-sense coz its automated and never answers your question. Before purchasing a bracelet meant for kids, i called them to ask if this size and product would fit me and wont be too small, the executive assured that yes you can buy. When i actually received it, it was this tiny piece of bracelet for 1-2 year old kid.
Sorry I am very much disappointed though due to my fault I have procured some items from you. But I will never buy any online item from this and I will give a very poor review and I want no one to buy any jewelry from this online Candere.
Your gold rate is 5% higher than the local retailers. Also, the making charge is very high. There is no standard making charge and still maintaining in percentage even though gold rate is higher
Very poor in customer service, very long manufacturing and delivery period. Disappointed.
One thing I realized is, Candere and Kalyan really have no connections beyond marketing. The product on Candere pages are CAD Designs and when you get the item, if finish is wrong, the return policy, or the website UI are not friendly, and the customer support is quite bad, pretty difficult to get hold off someone reasonable. I ordered ring from website, which was matt finish and when the product came, it was glossy, afterwhich the support team is telling me that those designs are CAD and, it is what it is! Where is the friendly 15 day return that was promised?
I should have never ordered jewelry online, just like my initial worry.
Overall product was good and service was also good
Items in the photos is better than the original one and customer service is pathetic.

Gold used is quite less and the size of the diamond used is also quite small. The heaviest aspect of the ring seems to be the evil eye stone but I could have easily gotten that done in silver also. Overall, product is quite overpriced and misrepresented.
