I have received a damaged order and my ring hasn't been picked up since 20-25 days for repair even on constant reminders.
Ordered a ring. The amount was 8372 at the time of ordering but 9719 was charged at the time of online transfer and delivery was delayed by 3 days.
The only problem I found they make this so light weighted, even when I called them and request to make in double weight, and they promised that.
It was good. Only issue was that I didn't receive updates about the delivery.
Product delivery delayed too much. Slow service. Even after raising requests no benefit
Craftsmanship is marginal and average. In both my orders the diamonds were not leveled properly, have scratchy edges, look like low craftsmanship done. Overall not pleasant feeling to the price I've paid.
It's only about sales tactics
At the time of Order it was advised that the bill would indicate entire amount
However when the product was received it only stated the amount paid
Resale details were also falsified by the sales rep just to Gain more icp or whatsoever
Very nice service & very good product l suggest all persons purchase your product
It has been a mixed experience.
Pros: Great website with the ease of selecting gold and diamond quality; Awesome designs; extra amount paid is refunded without any hassle.
Cons: Extremely delayed delivery; need to follow-up with customer care continuously to get updates and expedite the process
The pieces are very beautiful and the design is elaborate, but I was surprised by the small size of the pieces, especially the ear piece, which looks much larger in the pictures and most importantly in the virtual experience
Disappointed after first order done by candere... one chain broked in two days refund still not received
Tha stone gone from ring from day one of purchase.the stone was not fixed properly on the ring. Manufacturing was not good.
The product was delivered much late despite promise to deliver in time.
I placed my order on 6 of march. & Now today's date is 9 apr & still i didn't received my order yet. I try to connect with customer service 10+ time so they always says just wait 2 working day's & your order will be delivered. But still there is no response from them. Candere is just making fun with there customer. Such hectic service from you. Im giving one star bcoj i didn't have any other option. Otherwise i would give it in minus.
I ordered daimond ring on March 5th 2022 present date is April 9th but still it shows manufacturing in progress iam
Sooo much dissatisfied with candere this is my first online purchase experience from candere and trust me it's worst experience in my life
Design is completely different from what ordered, It was a jaali kind of design on the website and when received it was just kind of flat thin coin with stripes.
I have not rec'd my order. While booking I was promised it will be delivered by 25/3/2022.
I have still not received my ordered material. What else is there to describe my experience
