Don't trust and please don't place any order I did prepaid order and it never reached I'm still waiting customer service telling daily it will dispatch today tomorrow end of the day bla bla but it been 1 month still my order is in packing I'm vexed and online gold shopping is good in other websites but not ata ll in candere.com please believe me and don't go for this website

My first order with candere for a ring went well. But the second order for two gold bangle was a nightmare. Although i did only part payment, 15K is still a huge amount for me. Once i placed the order, there were no way to check about the order. I need to contact support team every day to know that the order was still active and someone working on it. And it is still linked to my. Order placed on Jun 20 were delivered on July 25. There was 13 days delay to the original delivery date provided. No regular update on the order also. I was getting frequent Ads in email and SMS but no update about the order. It made me to believe that I lost the money and no way to get it handled by Candere. Only hope was the support team able to retrieve my order. Looking again in Candere is now out of my thought.

It has been a great experience. I am happy with the product. It is exactly as expected.

I faced problem in tracking of my product. Produt is good but delay in delivery made me mad. Pathethetic service. Please try to deliver in the expected time. Because due to your delay in delivery I lost my memorable day.

Delivery is a big concern. Never go by delivery date mentioned on the site

I still have a amount refund. I choose 2.4 in the site but what i discussed with agent and got is 2.3 which is correct. The differential amount hasnt been credited back to me.
