Well, last time the shipment was taking longer then usual and when I reviewed its status, it appeared to be lost or damaged in shipment. Contacted customer support, within minutes the sent another shipment requesting me to contact them if 1st arrived to determine what to do, which it never did arrive. The reshipment arrived within 7 days without issue or questions. THANK YOU!

You have great prices.but the shipping is very slow. You are normally two or more weeks to get the product delivered. The pay for tracking seems more like pay and we'll ship it asap, or down pay and we'll ship it out in a week or so. Shipping from Canada should not take two weeks.
Had a hard time and called several times to clarify, until someone explained that one pill lasts 3 months. Basically, 1 chew=one month. However, this second time was clear and easy to order. Thank you.
Very confusing the way product amount is presented. 1 chew? 1 pack? How many months will a chew covers, a pack covers? Isn't it easier to just state how many dosages is one chew and 1 pack, and how may days/months is good for?
Product seems to work as well, good prices and best part is you don't need a prescription. If you care for feral cats that are hard to take to the vet then this is great. Only downside is shipping takes a few weeks.

Ive used CanadaPetCare for my dog's Simparica Trio. At other US venues the cost is typically $250 including all taxes. But through CPC it costs me $204 with all taxes. It's worth it for me to save $45/year for my dog's medicine. I actually ordered 2 years of the med (it never expires) and saved $90. Well worth it for me. Remember to order it at least 4 weeks before needing it. It takes awhile to get here!
