I placed my order and crossed my fingers. The price was great, almost to great thus the reason for crossing my fingers. Within several days, my fingers were uncrossed as my order arrived. It was what I had ordered and it was in great shape from shipping. So happy!
I have used CPC for my pets medicines with no problems for many years, but early this year I ordered six doses of a medicine and it never arrived. After waiting and waiting and asking the company where my order was with no good answer except it will come soon, I had to buy an emergency dosis from a different company. At the end, after insisting that my medicine had been lost, they sent me a new box that arrived just in time for the next dose, so I did not have to buy an emergency dose again.
They finally responded correctly, but it left me with the sense that they are not as reliable as they used to be. I am now waiting for a big order (6 doses) and hope this time things will be smooth, but there have been 11 days since shipped (as per their website), and I still have not received it.
