Cambria bikes never disappoints. The first mail order shop that I can recall and still the leader in products and service.

Good place to find quality gear at a good price. Shipping was free, fast and on time. So much gear... so little time.

Ordered a Pearl Izumi riding jacket a good price, received it quickly, and received a follow up email to make sure I got it. Top shelf experience.

I have been extremely happy with every order I have placed. The products are top notch at affordable prices and the delivery is always fast.

First time ordering from Cambria Bikes. I have been to their site many times but just to look around. I needed a good full face helmet and they had a great sale on one so I tried them out. Easy to order, easy to pay for, simple navigation around the site and the easy return policy gave me confidence to order the helmet as I knew I could return it easily if it didn't work.

Why only 4 stars? It would be nice to get alerts when items ship along with the shipping information. It was sort of I ordered the item and never knew the status of the shipment until the day it arrived. Not a huge deal, but getting the shipping alerts is sort of standard now.

Great job on the important stuff Cambria.

Cambria has always been great to order from. Great selection, amazing prices, ultra fast shipping, and special sales that keep me coming back to see what else I might need (want). Definitely a go to site for everything biking.

Was my first order with CambriaBike. The website worked well I was able to find everything I was looking for and products were delivered on the anticipated date.

I just started using Cambria bikes for some bike related stuff. A couple of small orders to try them out. Prices, selection, and shipping costs are pretty decent. One small glitch on my first order where they split it into two orders, with no mention of that on the packing list, and said it was "all delivered" when it wasn't. But I contacted customer service, they got back to me and explained the split order, the rest of the order arrived in a couple days and it was all good. I will definitely be checking them out in the future, when shopping bike stuff.

Ordered a frame, came fast and was packaged well. Will be shopping with them in the future for more parts.

Ordered new tires at a very good price point. Made NOT ordering from Amazon, priceless! I will be keeping this company in mind for my next cycling need.

I tried to call them mid week to get a problem addressed regarding shipping since it would not accept my coupon that was sent directly to me. I tried for three days and also on a Saturday so hoping to catch them but no use. All I got was a message saying, This is Tim____ and will call you back as soon as possible. I finally get a response to an email I send 5 days later telling me I missed the valid date of the coupon. That was BS since I received it and was trying to use it during that time I was trying to contact them. I somehow managed on the 2nd or 3rd day to make the coupon work on a fraction of the full order. Prior to this it would not work no matter how many times I tried. I was told that there was some glitch in the system but it would have been nice if I could have known that earlier without the PITA I went through and then a very late reply. No, there was no further accommodations given and I would have thought they could man up and offer some conciliatory gesture but nope. I don't plan to do any more business with them given they used to be a go to name in my bike accessories list of companies.
