Wow, that month I bought a very cool jacket of this brand. I liked it so much that you can't pass it on. I recommend, you can buy this brand with confidence! I was very pleased with the fast delivery and the fact that the hotline communicated with me from the beginning to the end of the order.
Their website suggests a size small, it was huge. I try to make an exchange, I was told I have to pay for shipping and a 10 dollar return fee! Do not order from here! Customer service was horrible and sounded bothered by my calling to resolve the size issue.
Calvin Klein online store has terrible customer service. The company canceled one of the items I ordered and refused to give me a full refund. My credit card was overcharged. Beware of this company. Avoid dealing with them.
They shipped me the wrong item, It is sad when such a huge company neglects potential customers. I have things of this brand and they are of good quality, but this sad disagreement has greatly changed the overall impression of the company.
