Very smooth website, easily navigated. Delivery time is several weeks, but worth the wait. My Grandsons love having their very own towels to use when they spend the night with us, they were so excited when I gave the towels to them. The towels are large, soft on one side and terry cloth on the other side.
Was very disappointed with how my stack ring with engraved names turned out. What I received look nothing like what was represented. The 4 names I had engraved, I cannot even read. When shown on the site in the preview of the ring, they're at least visible. So the ring is terrible & won't be making any future purchases.

I emailed my concern to your customer service dept. regarding the poor performance of the stamp that you advertise, and I bought as a result of the deceptive advertising. When the stamp worked I was barely able to see the marking on the ball and now it doesn't mark paper or ball at all. It never worked well and doesn't work at all now. I requested a credit but your policy more or less accuses me of not being honest about my experience. There are other vendors of the same product and they have the same derogatory reviews as well, however they send ink refills to the end user.
I am a retired wholesale distributor of consumer electronics and when we experienced product failures we reacted immediately to credit our customers and the manufacturer in turn issued credit to us for defective merchandise.

I purchased based on your claim of a great product.
I bought from you in good faith the manufacturer should give you credit back on product you bought from them.
You should do the right thing and credit all the people who have the same issue that I am dealing with. Your beef should not be with your trusting customers but with the manufacturer of defective products.

My order did not take too long to receive. Everything went smoothly and I received updates often. I was well pleased with my order and the product.
I am doubtful these sand molds will work as depicted in the catalog. The channels of the letters are quite narrow and I think damp sand would get stuck. Grandchildren won't try them out until next summer. Hope I am wrong, but probably just more plastic in the universe.

I loved having options to choose from. I do wish there were a few more options on the hair (braids or very close cut hair for ladies). This gift is for a 19 year old, I think she will love this.
These custom sand molds are awesome! Great quality… got here in a reasonable timeframe… affordable! Can't wait to give them to the 7 grandkids and try them on the beach!

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
