My product arrived and the packaging was very nice. The product was exactly was I ordered and expected. I'm sure my husband will like and enjoy it. The gift took longer than usual to arrive due to customs issues however Callie was very good with follow up and alerting me about the delay and when to expect the package. I like their professionalism and will order from them again.

Without reading further description of the tie I ordered, it was received in nice timing. I thought the color options from the link was not too much to choose from. The width of the tie is a lot thinner than expected. If I knew width would be thinner I would have picked a different picture for my father. Still a cute idea which I know he'll love.
