I ordered Optimmune for my dog, Maggie. This was 5th order. After not receiving it in a week, I called. They told me it had shipped and I should call back in a couple of days. If I did not receive it. Two days later, no meds. Called again, and they told me they had files a case with the postal service, and I needed to wait until the postal service called me. They did, and told me the item was never put into the postal system. I called CPP again. They told me that they did mail it. I told them what the postal service said, and I had to wait another 2-4 days. Finally, I asked for a refund. The girl gave me the refund with no apology. Just told me to have a nice day. Will never use them again, and will definitely tell everyone I know, that buys online, to steer clear of this pharmacy. They suck at what they do.

Our allergic dog requires Atopica. When I found Cal Pet Pharmacy several years ago I couldn't believe how much more economical they are than my previous source. Their service is very responsive, too.
