This cab service agent is a big time fraud.
He will take the advance and not arranging the cab.
This calcabz will never return your advance, I am seeing so many reviews with same concern.
I am going to file case on them, please dont fall on this trap.

Calcabz's owner is a very prompt and service-oriented person. Clean and hygienic vehicles. Professional, and experienced drivers. The Calcabz owner arranged the vehicle to Hyderabad on very short notice. Overall very good experienced.
This cab service agent is a big time fraud. His business is running on random catch "tukka" and by fooling and looting people. He will take the advance, will not pay to cab owner and cab owners who are good alliance with him will extort money in full. And this guy, calcabz will never return your advance. If anyone takes service from him, he/she might even have to go to police station, though he had the audacity to defy law and order too.
Once I posted my experience with this guy, he asked me remove my review saying he will make refund post that. But he doesn't do that also. And eventually he will stop taking your call.
Be careful!
This cab service owner guys have not paid money to driver even though we paid full money.
Now the cab driver is calling me that owner is not paying money to me and i am going to complain etc.

Will ask money in advance and not send details of the driver. Had to cancel because of their lack of responsiveness. Said they'll give the money back and kept ignoring our texts and calls. This is not only our case. Many have faced this issue. Please do not call them.
Looking at his reasonable rates we fall into his trap, we confirm with him, pay the advance that he asks for, BUT guys be careful, your money is hard earned, pls don't waste it here, service is pathetic, he doesn't send the cars that he has agreed upon, no AC provided, most importantly after taking the advance he doesn't answer phone calls, cell is switched off in the mornings, doesn't reach at the pick up location
I booked a cab on 11th May for the trip I planned on 14th May to Mysore and Ooty. I paid 5000 advance… I cancelled my trip on 12th morning till then no cab or driver was assigned. I cancelled because of rainy weather and I had senior citizens with me.
I explained him the situation also sent him proof of hotel cancellations.
He told me he will process my refund. Since 10 days I am following up. He is not picking calls. He is not calling back.
There is no reason for him to not send me refund. I have proof of booking amount paid. Whatsapp image of chat with him

I have tried calcabz Car rentals for one way as well as outstation rides for more than 5000 km multiple times. I have always found their vehicle quality is superb. Drivers are polite, well mannered, punctual, and having safe and smooth driving skills. Also their booking charges are transparent and booking and billing process is transparent, easy and reliable.
I would love to keep using calcabz Car rentals for my future trips with my family and I hope they maintain their service quality to same pace in future also.
He is the no 1 fraud in the Bangalore. He's not pay a single rupees to driver and also make fraud for customers also. I'll make complaint against this calcabz.

Malesh, when will you give back my money? Two months back you took cab services from me as you don't have any cabs and you always out sources to others (this what you told me when you asked for my cab) - this cab was for your online booking customer - Ooty trip and still have not given my money. These days you are Not picking up call nor repling to my messages. Your office address you have provided in Google is not true - it will take you to the middle of the road in Indiranagar and it is not even a proper place. It's been two months that you are conveniently escaping by giving dates to return my money. I need my money now. Because of the way you handle this I am already in trouble & I also need to make the payments for the cab service which took 2 months... GIVE BACK MY MONEY NOW!

The service provided was very good. The driver was courteous, informed and driving was smooth. Overall nice experience.
Definitely ill prefer calcabz for any future trips. It was an emergency when googled for private travels i got calcabz, i took the number and i called up at 1.30am to the number, Mr, Mallesh of calcabz picked the call at 1.30am and i asked info regarding charges. They told me to check website and make the advance payment online. I was little hesitant since it was first time with calcabz. I made the payment and immediately Innova was arranged. And after the trip i forgot about advance amount which i had paid and i called up Mr, Mallesh and asked for refund, within 2 min they transferred money to me. Trustworthy people including driver. Thanks calcabz.

They take deposit as the booking charge which is 25% of the booking and then cancel it at the very last moment and then when you ask for refund they don't pay you back.
They are completely unethical and fake people. Can cancel your paid cab at the last moment. Had extremely bad experience with these people. We booked our cab for kerala and had paid half amount upfront at the time of booking. Just at the time of leaving they cancelled the cab. Not a single good reason. No refund. Nothing. If you are wanna go outstation. Just dont trust them. They can spoil you entire trip. Avoid trip to consumer court and have a good holiday. Dont trust them.
