Original shipment we sent to your company was lost even with the post office confirming delivery, so we had an extra shipping cost to send another of our broken hinges.
Doug was able to locate a solution from colleagues at your company, they worked, we are ordering more.

Parts came in two shipments and took longer for the mailed ones. My fault because I only get mail box number and didn't think to give street address.

Exactly what needed

Shipper had an incomplete address, leaving off unit number and fedex could not deliver. I had to call fedex, they wanted only to work with shipper, but there was no phone number on website. Finally got unit number added and parts were delivered next day. Parts were incorrect, my fault. Waiting for RMA. I have more money in these slides than they are worth.

An installation instruction sheet included in the order would be handy. Fortunately, I found one on-line

I did not get an original replacement so the holes are not in the same place. Now I need to get some one to drill new holes. A pain.

I was greatly pleased to get the hardware I needed and get it installed and finished up before my customers went to Australia. Thank you for such good pricing and great customer service. I'll be keeping you guys in my resources for future reference.

The address I gave was not fully placed on the package and as such my freight forwarder charged me $7.99 extra for a manual handling charge. Annoying.

Hinges ordered were received in a timely manner. Replacing the broken hinge with your replacement was straight forward.

First order my only disappointment was not having the option of getting faster delivery.
