Customer service was great. I was looking for a unique cabinet hinge I did not think I would be able to replace. After sending a few pictures, someone responded quickly to me with the recommended parts. I have replaced the hinges on my cabinet door and it looks great again and has been working perfectly. When my first order response came back it was unclear whether or not I could get the pulls. I emailed the company and got a quick response to my question that yes they could get the pulls, but it would take longer. This was fine with me. Perhaps in their first email they could have clarified better the availability of getting the product.
