When I sent a message to inquire about the shipping date of my order it took several e mails for someone to understand what I was asking. It was awkward.
The drawers I received are decent quality but one was notched for the undermount guide and the other two drawers were not.
I gave 3 stars because although the website was really pretty easy to use, quality of product is good but it felt awkward communicating with costumer service via messaging & e mail and they missed notching two drawers for the undermount drawer guide.
The hinges arrived timely, after I place my order.

There was a problem communicating with customer service. I honestly felt like they were trying to help resolve my issue, but something was lost in the translation. Hinges were ordered on April 7,2020 and received on April 23,2020.
