I opened my order yesterday. I ordered three standards, and I received two of the correct ones, and one different one. I will be contacting you about that.

Fine - couldn't order a part you reference on the site so I emailed customer service but. It quick answer- found it on amazon so ordered 3rd item there.

Your customer service is very bad...Needed info on my order talked to the virtual man, he said customer service would notify me within 4hrs. Well 4 days later I am now getting emails. I know with the pandemic things are off soooooo over all the product is fine.

However, there was some confusion on the hinges. I ended up with the wrong ones.

Took longer to get here than what was said. Understanding it is a Pandemic and expected.

The only issue that I experienced was I thought I was getting a drawer slide that would self close slowly. But I just received a ball bearing slide. What was pictured and what I received were two different items. Disappointing

I found the perfect baskets for my pantry. I love the look and feel. I did expect the rubbed bronze to be closer to black, but they were a dark brown. Still looks very sharp in my pantry.

Parts delivered fast! I knew from reviews that the hinges did not come with screws but my current Hinges' screws work perfectly.

The website worked well for choosing the right hinge to replace my broken ones. The only problem I had was that, apparently, the only hinge I was directed to was for a frameless cabinet, while mine are face-framed. I had to install spacer blocks, which was not a problem. The hinges were from the same manufacturer, though mine were 15+ years old. All in all, I am very satisfied with everything. Thanks.
