Good experience all around. Easy to order and choose parts

Not great. I could not speak to a living person. I needed a knife hinge. I could not find out looking through you inventory. Your chatbox machine was no help.

In my frustration, I decided to try a Euro hinge which I ordered from Cabinet Parts. It was to big.My fault. Now I need to return it. Help!

Parts came a little later than expected. However, they were what we needed.

Took 8 days to ship my items that showed in stock causing delays. Several calls to customer support with no explanation as to why the shipment was delayed and no notification when it did actually ship.

Ordered soft closing replacement hinges for cabinets. Lots of options but their website helps you choose the best parts. Only negative was shipping, it's a bit slow unless you pay premium prices for faster delivery. I am going to order more for sure.

They had the prarts we needed. Shipping was fast, we got it with a few days of ordering. The packaging was good as well.

Great! I received the parts and they were exactly what I needed.

I received my knobs in good time and they were packaged well. However the website description did not mention that there is a small pointed protrusion on the bottom of the knobs. I cannot use them for the purpose intended due to this spiked protrusion. Shipping cost to return them makes it not worthwhile. So I'm not happy about this purchase.

However the shipping label on the box of the slides had to be replaced and the box was slightly damaged because of the sharpness of the slides but not to the point of losing contents

They delivered to us quickly and with everything intact.

Got what I needed, even after I initially ordered the wrong size. Once I noticed my mistake, I sent a message and they promptly adjusted the order and notified me it was taken care of. Received my order in a timely fashion. Bravo!

Cabinet parts carried the exact driver I needed to hook up my crystal cabinets factory installed led strip lights and I received it in just a few days just as described.
