When we recently bought our condo it was evident the kitchen cabinets were last updated over 20 years ago. We had a door hinge that broke and after tracking down the manufacturer they were able to direct us to your company for replacement parts. We received the replacement in around 10 days and were able to re-hang the door without issue. What began as a worry that we'd have to spend a lot of money possibly replacing the cabinet, ended up being a very inexpensive fix. Thanks for being a great resource!

Had to order this because 110 adaptor was faulty. I could not order another adaptor. So, I had to order a complete unit for $400. Just to get another adaptor. I'm pissed. Joe Nichols
They have the worst customer service model I have ever seen. I ordered a dozen sets of Blum Tandem undermount slides in August for a kitchen project i am working on. The project was delayed so I didn't start working on it until late November. Four sets of slides were defective. I called customer service and they told me to contact the manufacturer. No support for the products they sell whatsoever. In addition, Blum is making me pay shipping for replacing the defective parts that CabinetParts.com sold me. So I paid shipping to get the defective parts from CabinetParts and now I pay shipping AGAIN for the same parts. Thanks CabinetParts. This is the first time I ordered from this company and I ordered everything for this project (typical hardware order from me is between $2k-$4k). I will never order from them again.
For a reference point on how a good company stands behind the products they sell, I just removed a few Accuride drawer slides from my shop cabinets that are broken and have been installed for over 2 years. I returned them to the big box store without a receipt and I walked out with replacements.
