Quality product, the wife loves the convenient access to her heavy mixer. Product almost fitted in under the drawer, but I was 1/2" short of it working. Figured out that if I had 3 1/2" kicks, it would have worked, but our cabinet guy put in the 5" kicks per recent fad, and had to take out the drawer, but was able to put in small pull out under, but still very happy with the product, and the quality, although, thought the $400 price was a little steep for the two mechanisms. Overall, very happy with purchase.

The parts were as described and the shipping was very fast.
If I had not contacted customer support about my order, I most likely would not have received it. I waited over a week before getting in touch, and your rep said that someone would "look into it". Less than an hour later, I received a shipping confirmation. An apology would have been a nice touch... "We misplaced your order, we are so sorry, we are expediting it right away". I'm glad I received my order, have ordered from you before, and most likely will in the future, but now I feel like I need to keep an eye on you guys.
Only complaint is that the order took a very long time to get here. I do alot of online ordering and this little package had one of the longest wait times.

Precisely constructed materials made the experience a pleasure. Pre-sanded wood made staining easy. My only disappointment was that the tops and bottoms were Masonite.
