Every thing was fine. I have ordered from you many times.
Lock and the fob should be sold together as a set or at least create a third option to buy them together. I had to buy them in 2 transactions and paid 2 shipping fees. The second piece got to me too late and the carpenter bought and installed one himself. Now I have a set with no use.
All is well. The pulls I ordered are nice and work well.
Avoid this company if at all possible. While they have a great selection, they are dishonest in their handling of returns and refunds. I returned an order (I had misordered a couple parts), and when I didn't get the refund as expected when the return was delivered, I asked why there was a delay. They told me it could take "7-10 business days" to receive a refund. Fine, so I waited. ONE MONTH LATER I asked again where my refund was. After SEVERAL MORE DAYS I was told it could take an additional 48 hours. Stay far, far away from this company.
Really good, I wish I could be sure about the item i purchased and the shipping seems excessive 11$ on an $8 product.

I very much appreciate the recommendation to purchase the hinges I purchased to replace other discontinued hinges. They work perfectly.
I have 15 cabinet doers and each have a Grass number 850-1 on left side and o4-12 on right side of the hinge. About 9 have broke at the cast iron part where you screw on to the wood. And I look for more to brake in the future. Why aren't these hinges recalled? They are just junk. Thank you, Lorenzo S Ramirez
