They cancel orders without notification, they are paranoid and won't ship to different addresses (like job sites), and they fail to respond to inquiries half the time when submitted through their "help" section on their website (which falsely claims a 2-4 hour response time)... I don't know about you, but when I'm on a job for a client, I really hate being delayed by the poor service of third party suppliers. After a needless two week delay on my very first order with them, I'm done dealing with this slipshod company and will happily spread my lousy experience with my fellow contractors.

Wrong size. 1/2 inch too small and pain in butt to return and noting else larger from you is available.
Not great overall. Slow processing. Minimums fees. Shipping fees are pretty high. Good enough selection but not sure if the overall experience is worth repeating

The glides arrived in a timely manner. They seemed to be in good working order but when I installed them a week later I found 1 was slightly bent and 1 had a defective soft close mechanism. I then went to look at the return policy and found the return of defective parts window to be 2 days. I didn't bother to fight for my $40. My next order will be from another vendor.
