I've personally shopped with Buyee for over two years now and have always had great experiences shopping with them. I usually purchase items through Mercari, however I have also made purchases with their partnered sites such as Capcom and IZ*ONE Official Shop. The site is clean and easy to use and their customer service is great and responds pretty quickly to inquiries. Buyee makes it so much easier to purchase items from Japan: it used to be very difficult but thanks to sites like Buyee, it is much easier now.

I notice that Buyee frequently puts out promotions for lowering or even completely eliminating their international shipping fees, but only for their first-time customers. I don't understand why, considering that even on these promotion pages, they explain that they made the promotion in response to complaints about the high shipping fees, but what about their loyal, long-time customers? Why do only first-time customers have the chance to benefit from a significantly-discounted shipping rate? I hope Buyee will also offer better discounts to their returning customers as well.

I have been using Buyee for about 2 years already and I have not found any other better websites than Buyee. The products that I have made and received are all in good conditions and there are no problems. Buyee's services and promotions drives me to buy more as their promotion benefits me as I kept on spending. I would say Buyee's customer service are doing a great job in assisting me on my shipping problems especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, if you are looking to buy items from Japan without going there, Buyee is your best choice.

One of the worst forwarding company out there. There are so many loop holes they don't tell you and tries to scam people who has no idea they are been scammed.
For example there are cheaper ways to send the boxes to your home but Buyee will only send the box with the method they choose. This is probably because they get some commissions from the postage companies.
Another is that some sellers on websites like yahoo auction offers free postage or cheaper postage fee for multiple items but this doesn't apply if you are buying through Buyee. Buyee claims they ask the sellers to send items individually with tracking to avoid problems but this is all bull$#*! because one of the sellers told me that he sent Buyee my package as a bundle which cost roughly 650 yen but then Buyee charged me 650 yen per item in the box which turned out to be about ******* yen because I purchased about 100 items from this particular shop. I presume the ******* yen goes straight into their pocket!
This company is an absolute fraud and I do not recommend to anyone to use these guys. There are cheaper and more reliable forwarding companies than these criminals.

I received a 3000 yen discount coupon very early on in my experience with buyee and was happy to discover and use it recently. You have about a week to use it which is a decent amount of time for such a great discount. You have a second chance to use it if you cancel your order and enough time to cancel if necessary. There are some plan fees since buyee is a hosting service but it is relatively cheap (about 1000 yen but 500 yen cheaper at the moment!). Shipping is a little more than usual due to covid at the moment I assume but is relatively the same as you'd find in most other places. They offer ways to receive more coupons and send frequent emails with deals and discounts on their site. Will purchase from here again soon!

First of all, it is hard to connect to the online customer service. I have to wait more than 30min online to get a response, or even not.
The additional fees are quite expensive, if I buy an item of 300yen in the auction, the basic additional charges are like 1000yen, with the domestic shipping of min 100yen and another international shipping cost. This is at least triple or quadruple from the original cost of the product. Some addtional charges are too expensive for tiny products especially the protective.
The basic additional charges should be affordable if it is decreased to not more than 300yen with the same service.
Buyee (auction) is worth and recommendable using it for commercial products but perhaps not for personal purpose.

The reason why I used Buyee is because I cannot access to the Yahoo sites without living in Japan. I was very unhappy that Buyee refused to provide me the contact of the seller despite I won the auction and I have to right to know. Other than those mentioned above, everything is good therefore I rate this a 3 star experience.

The process is pretty straightforward and many shipping options are available once products reach their warehouse. You have the option to consolidate packages and store them for 30 days for free. Their fees are very reasonable and their service is fast. There are coupon campaigns all the time and they even have a Firefox extension to add products to your cart directly from supported websites. So far, I haven't had any issues with them. Seriously, I would not hesitate to recommend Buyee to anyone looking for a service of this kind!
