These people will give you a quote on line of a high price than when they get your phones. They will email you and low ball you on the quote and tell you your phones are stolen or they are locked I sent them 2 phones in excellent condition, one phone was only used for 2 months they offered me 400.00 less when they received the phones so all together they offered me 630.00 less than what they quoted me on line so don't believe them one would better offer sell them on street corner some where than to them they fraudulent scammers. They need to be shut down!

The process of placing the request was simple, and, I should mention, fully Screen Reader accessible, which is not always the case. I requested a box kit to be sent me to send my phone. Since I was to have only two weeks to send it in, I was concerned when I was getting messages to remember to return my phone and yet the box hadn't arrived. I dropped them a note about this and received a response almost immediately telling me when the box was due to arrive, and that was exactly when it came. I appreciated their ongoing messages reminding me when I needed to return the phone so I didn't miss the date. After I sent it in, I got messages each step of the way, telling me when it was received, when it was approved, when the check for the full promised amount went out, and the time frame I could expect to receive it. I don't think I've ever had such a streamlined and fully informed process and, as I said, I received the promised amount.Also, as a Blind person, I'm used to facing steps in this sort of process where suddenly I don't have full access and risk missing a deadline and that did not happen here.
