The whole process couldn't have been easier. I was given a price (twice what Verizon quoted) and they provided the shipping label. I received payment as soon as the item was delivered.
Had to wait for apple to re set my password. Buy Back Tronics was very helpful and fast once apple re set my password
First time using this site and was very pleased with how smoothly things went. I really expected some problems, but there were none! Would definitely use them again.
My experience was seemless. They emailed a label, I packaged my items, sent them. They notified me they received them and then the money was in my paypal account. PayPal is the method I chose, but they give other options. Will definitely go this route again once i'm done with my current devices. By the way, they offered the most money.
This company is where I do all my trade ins for my self, family members and my business. This is a reliable place to trade in your electronics. Been doing business with them for more than 3 years and never had an issue.
I've dealt with BuyBack on two occasions now and each time was super easy. Amazingly quick responses to emails and even quicker payment. Will be my go to company for electronic trades moving forward for sure.
I was paid a fair amount for my phone and the check came quickly. They kept me informed all along the process. Highly recommend BuyBackTronics
The process was fast, complete and professional!
They did exactly what they stated in their ad.
They gave me a good price, shipping materials were reasonable priced and my check was promptly sent.
Very easy and intuitive process. Pricing the item and shipment was made very user friendly.
I can't say enough of how professional and reliable this company is! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. ALEX and AHMMED are extremely professional they go above and beyond to help. I been doing business with this company for about 3 years and I upgrade my personal and business devices very often I have done many transactions with BuyBackTronicks and I have been 100% satisfied on every single one. DONE HESITATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND TRUSTED.
I was looking to trade in two older Apple devices and found this company. I found BuyBackTronics and decided it was the best solution to go with. I went through extensive questions to describe the product's value, which I answered honestly. Then they give you a quote and send a box. But when they inspect it, they magically find that a tiny ding is worth half the value.
They offered me $225 originally and then changed their offer to $40. Now they have you between a rock and a hard place. Either accept their terrible offer or pay for the shipping cost of $20 to get the devices back. Just an absolute legendary scam, go with someone else.
I sent in my 2012 MacBook because my battery was Old and I took it out then sent in my laptop to get some money back they said they found multiple other problems which I know that my laptop did not have it was working perfectly fine. I know the only thing that wasn't fine was the battery which was blocking me from being able to click the mouse pad. Other than that it had a few small scratches and tiny dents. But, once the battery was removed I was able to use my mouse pad. They only gave me 24 hours to check my email after they received my laptop to get it sent back. They basically sees my laptop and gave me zero dollars in return I'm very upset.
I had the unfortunate opportunity to transact with BuyBackTronics. I feel completely duped but the process. My impression is that this is simply another internet driven company out to steal every dollar they can through a divide and conquer mentality. They separate you from your device and then change the deal arbitrarily. They make big promises to get your phone in their greedy hands and never give you the promised amount. Good faith Negotiations are null. They make an amended offer that is considerable less than agreed upon under the guise that the equipment will be returned to you if you don't agree with the revised offer. Of course everyone have a choice, but the hassle and additional risk of rejecting the revised offer and having the equipment shipped back didn't seem worth it so I accepted the offer. However, the business practices of BuyBackTronics I find to be unscrupulous. Do yourself a favor and go to any other company to sale your devices(unless you don't mind being short changed).
Turned in an old MacBook Pro and iPhone. I was very impressed with their service. They shipped me a box full of packing peanuts and bubble wrap sleeves to put my devices in and had a shipping label in the box too.
They emailed me an updated quote when they found some scratches on the iPhone. I responded with pics of the iPhone from before I sent it—they circled the cracks visible on my own pics that I hadn't noticed before and said as a one time courtesy they would still pay me the quoted price. I didn't expect that at all! I expected them to try and ripe off but they were the complete opposite—a VERY good and easy company to work with. I highly recommend!
I know a lot of people on this site are saying that the condition they sent their items in was not the condition they were received in. I had that same thought with the iPhone I sent in but was happy with how they treated my response when I sent in my own pics and countered their scratches found. Honestly all companies that buy back electronics will try and make a profit but usually wouldn't be expected to be so quick with customer satisfaction. Buybacktronics was.
Exactly a bait-n-switch waist of time. Pawn shops will likely pay you more or send it back to the carrier you got it from. You'll be just as disapointed -
And per their reply below, there are no "scratches" on my phone. I have photos of it going into the box. Also note- this scam company is yet to return my phone. America- we have to stand up against piss poor businesses like these. All I can do is log complaints with local, state and federal agencies which will take a small amount of my time this week but less of this scam company's time to respond. Since this scam company scratched up my phone, I'll have to make a claim to UPS, which isn't going to pay it because this scam company scratched up my phone.
This company is like the annoying neighbor that scratches your car or breaks your fence because they're a $#*! and they know it will cost you more to complain- so they get away with it. (Hey SuckAssTronics.com- if the shoe fits...)
It is up to you to stop patronizing this company and others like like it. Businesses need to appreciate their customers and if they're going to contract to work, we need to hold them accountable to deliver on that contract. It is companies like this scam company here, who autobot replies because they know there is about a 3% chance we'll take action and they don't care.
Take action show they same level of interest America. Make America great again and send scam companies and their no talent lying ownership a message - we will NOT do business with you. Your 15 minutes are up.
I have sold them many devices. One time they scratched my ipad and the last time they told me my iphone had a very small scratch. I take pictures of all my devices before I send them back. The ipad they did in-fact put the scratch the iphone the picture of the scratch and my picture I had are not even close. I suspect this is unscrupulous new business practice of theirs. (note the iphone had a case and screen protector since day one and the original box, charging cable and ear buds. All never used)
Sent in a phone with zero scratches on the screen and back of the phone with pictures to prove as such. Also sent it inside the original box it came in. When they received my phone they claimed it arrived in poor condition and thus diminished the price of my original trade in by more than 20% of what was granted.
I'm also attaching pictures of what my phone was sent in as, then the photos sent to me by the company which depicted "dust" and pretty extreme scratches on the screen then a 3rd batch that magically showed the finest scratches on the screen with different dust particulates. Again, just heed warning that they may pull a stunt like this with you if you utilize them for this service.
SCAM!
I had a nearly flawless iphone 8 with a barely visible scratch on the glass. No other signs of abuse or wear. I judged it as a "good" condition, not flawless. I expected $143. They came back with a "fair condition" price of 112. These guys are crooks. Just be smarter than me and sell your old phones through ebay or at a local store.
They revised the offer to $123 while they agreed the iPad is "flawless" they said there is white blotch on LCD. This ipad lived in a Zagg case with Invisible Shield glass on the screen. I sent it to them perfect. Now (besides low-balling me) which Im not going to accept they can either send me back a damaged iPad Pro or open a UPS case which is where we are. This iPad did not leave my possession like this. The only time it was less protected was in transport. Stay away from these guys --yeah great offer but now (my product is damaged and the offer is low ball)

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. Upon checking your trade-in we see that you had initially submitted a quote for the following devices: MacBook Pro Retina 15" as well as an iPad Air (2nd Gen).
During our evaluation, the MacBook was found to have a dent/nick on the front left of the computer, scratching on the lid as well as heavy keyboard wear/delamination on the screen. The iPad was found to actually be an iPad (2nd Gen) and not the Air model as initially stated. As you'll notice the iPad (2nd Gen) is currently not listed on our website as this is a model we do not currently purchase.
When it comes to getting an amended quote you have several options and for this reason we wish you would have reached out to us. We are more than happy to provide you with photos/videos of our findings as well as have a separate technician take another look to confirm these findings.
We are unsure as to where the miscommunication may have taken place in regards to you having to pay for return shipping; as this is a no obligation process and should you not agree with our findings we can always arrange to have your devices returned at no cost to you.
We look forward to your response to our 'Response Required' email in regards to how you would like to proceed as well as if you have any further questions or concerns that we can help alleviate.
