I received my first package in 9 days, it came timely. I ordered nine vinyl backdrops, 2 polyester and the stand.
The first package included nine backdrops and a stand, good quality, clear, and no color difference. This item BDNSW******* looks like an oil painting. Green backdrops are bright like the photo shows.
At the stand, I could adjust the height and width.
I don't get the polyester items, the package is in Los Angeles International Airport when I tracked information. I will receive it soon! Lol

I love this polyester backdrop, the beautiful Japanese Castle backdrop. I purchased 8*10ft, it is the perfect size for my wall. It is artwork as wallpaper, color is bright and clear, good material, soft and fade free.
However, the delivery time took more than half a month, it would be perfect if the package came more quickly.

Bella helped us find this backdrop BDMMH*******, which is what we need, pretty wishing pool with fantastic terrace. We cannot describe how beautiful it is!
The vinyl backdrop was creased during shipment, Bella told us this before we placed an order. We make out creases after we received them. The quality is good, five stars for this seller!

WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. First of all, your package will take forever to get to you. They send packages using pitney bowes and the service is horrible. Second of all, my white backdrop came dirty. When I emailed 'Bella' about it she told me to cut the dirty part off... THIRD all my backdrops came frayed. I asked for a refund but 'Bella' refused. I did get refunded 7 dollars for the white one by some miracle but seriously stay away from this company. They do NOT care about their customers. It's really their loss because the backdrops are nice, they are just mishandled. I would've bought them here until the end of time but customer service and 'bella' changed my mind on that.

DO NOT Waste your time or money! I placed my order 80 days ago and it has still not arrived the tracked status has been the same since the 4th June and nothing have changed! The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! They just ignore you and refuse to process a refund just saying you need to wait more time for delivery! The delivery was supposed to be 15-20 days so I am now 4 x that and still waiting for something I fear will never arrive! Your better getting a backdrop off amazon!
