Talked to a Burromax rep. On the phone today. Great customer service! I purchased a new 1600 for my son last week, and unfortunately this morning the bike fell on our driveway and the brake lever snapped the left grip got damaged.

This is great product. My kids are enjoying theirs and I'm enjoying my 1600

Shopping and checkout were a breeze. Videos and photos on the site were very helpful in decision making for our purchase

This thing is awesome! So happy this is the route I went after doing some research. I bought this for my 4 yr old for his birthday. He can't get enough of it. He gets a huge smile on his face each time he rides and it's perfect for him to really learn on. His feet are just shy of the ground right now, but I've got the training wheels on until he's tall enough.

The bike has enough power to still move right along with both of us (~200lbs) on it in the high setting. The banana seat is perfect for me to tag along on his adventures. It seems very quality made and the suspension makes it a comfortable ride.

I'm gonna need a bigger one for myself soon I'm thinking. Would recommend to anyone seeking a good laugh and fun little toy for their kids. You can't beat it for the price.

Called about a shipping issue I had since I accidently pushed the wrong button on the site. They answered first ring and issue fixed in about 2 seconds. The bike is awesome. Only a few allen bolts and it's all done. Took about 15 min.

Easy web site to follow and description of produce was very good.

Website was helpful, especially given the Affirm financing option.

I am waiting on Burromax's team to call me back, as my bike was shipped without the necessary bolt for the rear shock. Note that you will need some type of bike stand/motor mount to get the bike hanging off of the ground in order to assemble it. Plan for a couple hours of assembly time.

The shipping was very quick as well as the assembly. I had a ton of fun putting it together with my Dad and it is just an amazing bike to ride right out of the box.

I purchased (2) of the TT1000R Bikes and assembled both of them within an hour. Everything Fit and was machined properly. Both myself and Guests have ridden the Bikes and were impressed with the power and comfort.

Reached out to customer service and was responded to quickly with resolve to questions.

Perfect size with a lot of power. This bike has a lot of quality parts and features with a clean design. Easily fits into my suv when I lay the seats down and is comfortable to ride.

My product shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition.

So far everything has went smoothly. Great support. I hope I get all the correct parts I ordered.
