The box was in complete shambles when it arrived. I filmed opening it just in case. Also, the rear tire needs adjusted as it doesn't spin freely...i don't know how to adjust it

Shady and unethical practices with this company. They will charge your CC as soon as order is placed whether item is in stock or not. You will then be charged nearly 3% of the price should you decide to cancel the order, even if it has not shipped yet. You will NOT get a full refund! This is a RIP Off! Do NOT buy anything from Burromax unless you are 100% sure before hitting the "Buy" button. That's what happened to me. In my case I was canceling my order so that I can re order it with a coupon code. Needless to say, they lost my business and I lost $61.35 for nothing! Lesson learned.

We regret the charge that Paypal imposes on you, the buyer, in the event of cancelled orders. Please understand their policy before using the service.
About 1 1/2 years ago Paypal changed their policy and they do not refund processing fee's of 2.9%.
In your case, becasue you used pay pal to pay for this item, we cannot refund processing fee's. Our records show your item was in stock and we would have shipped it--there was not a backorder. Anytime we do not have an item you are notified and asked if you would like to "preorder" items.
