I ORDERED A BURROMINI BIKE ONLINE FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SON. I WANTED TO MAKE SURE IT WOULD BE HERE IN TIME SO I TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER. I GOT A VOICEMAIL BUT DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. I HUNG UP AND CALLED AGAIN CHOOSING A DIFFERENT OPTION FROM THE MENU. A GUY ANSWERED (I CAN'T REMEMBER HIS NAME) HE WAS AWESOME AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE. ABOUT 20 MIN LATER I GOT A CALL BACK FROM THE SAME GUY SAYING HE WAS RETURNING A MISSED CALL (FROM MY ORGINAL CALL THAT WENT TO A VOICEMAIL). I WAS FLOORED THAT FIRST OF ALL, SOMEONE CALLED ME BACK WITHOUT EVEN LEAVING A MESSAGE AND SECOND THAT I WAS NOT JUST CALLING INTO A CALL CENTER! I SHOP ON AMAZON OFTEN AND JUST ASSUMED I WOULD GET THE SAME LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THERE OR ANY OTHER STORE I FREQUENT I.E. WALMART OR TARGET. THIS WAS NOT THE SAME AT ALL. HE WAS SO PERSONABLE AND HELPFUL! I FEEL SO GREAT ABOUT KNOWING THAT IF WE EVER HAVE ANY ISSUES OR QUESTIONS, I WILL BE ABLE TO CALL AND TALK TO AN ACTUAL PERSON WHO WORKS IN THE STORE AND KNOWS THE PRODUCT.
