There are many reasons why people decide to go with physical banks. One of mine is that it is easy to storm into the bank and disturb customer service when things go wrong. But digital banks have their advantages as well. From my time here, digital banks are;
+ just as reliable and can be held accountable
+ more convenient
+ equipped with more options for account types
I really got no complaints about their service. It flows smoothly and hope it will be so good in the future.
What usually can take hours or even days at regular banks like linking your sub accounts with your cards takes here a few minutes or even less, depending on how developed of a user you are.
I am not going to lie, I liked the concept, I liked the idea and the logic behind the creation of this kind of an app. I am sure this will definitely be a need in a world that is getting more modern day by day. There's no getting around it.
But I do have some worries about this whole concept though. I can't warm up to the idea of having everything on the internet and the clouds. I am sure they can be trusted but can they be trusted completely? What if something happens with the servers, internet, security, numbers, systems, etc? One can become paranoid over this.
The only thing I regret I haven't found this bank earlier. I used to have a common bank, but its mobile app was just not easy to master, too many information and navigation was out of control. That is why I appreciate this company's application. It is easy to operate and perfectly optimized.
I think I found my perfect online banking service. I like pretty much everything about this company. Starting from the app and the UX of it, to the extraordinary functionality.
I know that other online banks don't have the same amount of features. I have some experience with them.
This a relatively new sector compared to the traditional banking. There will be a lot areas needing to be developed. But the company is clearly putting in a hard work to cover a lot of areas. I like their potential.

I got my account 2 months ago and i've already saved a ton with the automatic round up feature! I love how easy it is to use and its perfect for expats that can't get their BSN yet. It's made my life so easy and everyday i keep learning about the million benefits it has. Although the customer service is a little slow i found answers to all my questions on their website.
Working overtime is essentially required, but unfortunately, it's not paid. The management, starting from the CEO, discourages voice and ideas from below and managers fail to create speak-up cultures. So many rules & regulation to follow, lots of micro management and you have to update them daily in order for them to check that you're doing your job.
Their customer support is not so great at answering client questions. It was so exhausting and frustrating not to have all the answers to my questions especially because I was experiencing issues with their app.

Answer: Well, first of all the big sign that the bank is striving to become more conscious and sustainable is that they are operating only online. They don't have any offline offices at all. Which means they don't produce any type of waste, or do unnecessary paperwork and whatnot. It is not enough for you eh? Then they offer you to plant a tree for each €100 you spend. So if you are a big spender then you are capable of recovering the forest. It's a good initiative tbh and more people should join it.
