Opened the box to find the wrong conditioner had been sent. Cant say much else about the order. I got 20ml tubes when I ordered the 30ml tubes.
Please tell me why shipping is much more dearer than the product that I purchased. Not happy at all.

Unfortunately, as many of our items are dispatched from Victoria, we used couriers for interstate delivery and shipping rates are based on their pricing model. We do try and offset this with our low prices, but in some cases it doesn't pan out the way we want it to, as is the case for your order.
In saying this, we take customer feedback seriously and are actively working to find alternative carriers and better rates for our interstate customers. We appreciate the time you have taken to share your own experience, and we want to do better.

Do you sir I ordered 100 bags wheelie bin liner and only received 25, I am not very happy and when can I expect 75 more bags I paid $62.50

My order and confirmation shipment in early Feb never came. In late March I was informed I wouldn't be getting it and but then had to pay 5 x the amount for the product which if I had known wasn't coming I would have ordered elsewhere earlier. The product had run out. Reordered in faith that it would come this time. :)

Unfortunately, the ethanol shortage at the time meant we could no longer have it made at the same price and the large volume of orders coming through resulted in some customers missing out on the stock we had ready made and in house. In saying this, it is certainly not an experience we want for our customers and we've been working hard throughout 2020 to improve our processes to minimize the impact of adverse events such as this.

Online order experience was easy. Even over the phone customer services was great. Only thing I have not received a receipt yet.
Easy to navigate through site, order products and they arrive promptly. I have purchased from this organisations on a numerous occasions lately and I have been completely satisfied with Bulk Buy's service.
Considering the number of products I ordered it all worked great. Of course, there were minor delays but eventually, everything has arrived.
Amazing and quick service! Came within days.
Also customer service is at its very top. Recommend it!
They cancelled my order, but the manager sent me a free gift for replace the original order, happy with that.
