It was great.
Once I got the books. It was not what we need. I asked to exchange them for right books. I was told no refunds or exchange. Our school was left with books we cannot use. I have to find a way to sale them. Not impressed and will not use you again.
I really enjoyed working with Mike from Bulk Book Store! He tried hard to meet our pricing needs and was very professional. We did not encounter any issues during the entire process which made it very easy to get the order that we want and on time! When the books arrived, we were very pleased and would be happy to work with Bulk Book Store again!
