We had a very pleasant experience from initiation to close. Heather and Reagan were the two representatives assisting us with the order. They were professional in communication and and efficient working with our bookkeeper through the red tape associated with payment, as we are in a public school where funding is limited and specific procedures must be followed. Books arrived as promised with no issues. We will definately call on The Bulk Book Store again for future orders. Thank you!

I ordered 100 copies of "The Tao of Coaching." Four copies arrived in one package that appeared to have been mishandled and the 4 copies were damaged. The other 96 copies arrived in a separate box (with no damage). I then received another box of 96 copies of the book (also with no damage). I contacted my rep about the damaged books and the over-shipment. She originally told me to keep the 4 damaged books, that they would send 4 additional copies, and that they would send a shipping label to return the over-shipment. I then received word from her a few days later saying she had spoken with the distributor and they said to take 4 copies of the book from the over-shipment. To date, I have still not received the return label for the over-shipment.
I was very happy with my order. My customer service representative was friendly and prompt in answering all of my questions, and my order arrived before I expected it, plus the books were in perfect condition. I will definitely order from Bulk Book Store again!
