As a part of the projeft, solar panel has been installed and didn't install the monitoring system. I made so many calls. No respond, excuses... excuses... I would never recomment anyone to go with these guys.

Otter Air's Aaron and Anthony responded on the same day I sent out a very frustrated call because another company had cancelled my appointment the day before they were to arrive and informed me that I would need to call them to re-set...After 3 days of calling this other company, and only getting a busy signal and not even able to leave a message because this other company didn't have a message service I was beyond frustrated. Along comes a call from Aaron and I explain my problem to him. He shows up at my home a few hours after our conversation. He and Anthony not only solved my problem after taking pictures of all that needed fixing and explaining what needed to be done and at what the cost would be but the work they did came with a 10 year warrantee...I am beyond pleased with their service and would recommend Otter Air to anyone that is looking for a company that is knowledgeable, honest and fair in their prices. I recommend Durable Coatings of Iowa for a number of reasons. Their finished product is beautiful and easy to clean and maintain. The initial consultation with the company representative was informative. He helped answer all my questions about their products and service, which allowed me to easily see, the benefits of having my garage floor finished by Durable Coatings. The installers were timely, friendly and highly professional, from start-to-finish. Their work was second to none. The installers believed in what they were doing. You could see this in their dedicated effort to complete the job as perfectly as possible. Something I saw that one normally doesn't see, and that was, the installers actually liked what they were doing. This was noted in their body language, temperament and rapport. The price to do my garage floor was spot on, considering the amount of materials and effort that was needed to complete the job. Please give all your employees, that were involved with finishing my garage floor, a big pat on their backs. They deserve it to say the least. Thanks for a job well done...

I called James Boden Electric the afternoon of 3/13/23 because my gas hot water tank began leaking and I wanted to replace it with an electric one. I needed him to install an electrical line from my box to the tank. I asked him if he would be able to actually replace the tank and cap my gas lines and he said he could. He quoted a very reasonable price right over the phone. Jim and Eli showed up on 3/14/23 after picking up the tank for me. He even removed an old gas heater in my garage that didn't work and capped that gas line without any additional cost. He was done in 3 hours. They were very nice, thorough and professional. I would recommend them.

I had an electrical issue after the recent freeze in Austin TX. The city's website pointed me to BuildZoom in order to get bids for the repairs. My assigned consultant was very helpful, and expecially proactive in keeping up to speed on the progress of getting the needed work done. Definitely recommended.

I have been a part of over a dozen renovations and this group is by far the most unprofessional and a group of scam artists. They were paid for services, agreed to details in writing and verbally and then had amnesia what they agreed to and walked off the job. Then proceeded to send blackmail texts: the first was good luck finding anyone to finish for under $10,000, followed by "in order to finish the job they been paid for I'd have to give them $5000 case, $2000 more for scope of work and $3000 for "wasting their time"…. Marc is a fast talker and says the right things and then he will run off with your money and leave a mess for you to clean up!

We used Build zoom to do some unanticipated fixes to our home, primarily outside. They were very responsive and came in at budget. Their work was very professional and blended in seamlessly with our exterior. Additional work was done to repair decking and other repairs, again without a long wait and seamless coordination of tasks/tradespeople.
