Ordered products and paid for express delivery. Then getting numerous emails and calls saying they need to verify my credit card by doing a refund or asking me small payment (order payment has already left my account). It's 4 days, I've replied to emails and answered calls but no extra transaction has come and order still not dispatched. Very suspicious and now I'm reading lots of reviews of people with similar experiences who have had their money taken and no products delivered.

That's second time no any notifications about coming delivery but the worse is they left my 4 bags of cats litter 50 meters away from my house! That's right, just dumped them and left. Neighbours notified me and brought it to my door.
No phone contact, they're not answering.
The point to order delivery is to be delivered to your front doors otherwise I can go myself to the store and buy it!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUDGET PET PRODUCTS!

Firstly I would like to say this is the FIRST time in my entire life I've ever left a negative review.

I ordered expensive, prescription food for my cat which did not arrive after a month. I cannot even detail the nightmare it was to receive a refund for this purchase - multiple emails, online chat enquires, contact to both the courier and Budget Pet Products, a PayPal claim - amongst other channels. I finally received a refund (ordering from a competitor in the meantime where my order took TWO DAYS to arrive to regional NSW!) - now weeks later I've received an email requesting payment for the original, refunded order as they're claiming it since arrived at my premises. I do not appreciate being accused of being a liar and would gladly pay for the order IF IT HAD ARRIVED - IT NEVER DID!

Do yourself a favour and listen to the multitude of 1 star reviews. It's not worth the hassle of trying to deal with an inferior company who choose to use subpar courier services. Huge lesson learnt - Google the product and find a competitive price elsewhere.

I paid $60 for dry food 6/12/22 I'm still waiting for my order 2 months later. They accuse me of lying, when I demand proof bcos I never signed as they claim, now I have to accept their offer in order to claim insurance, it's absolute rubbish. I want my order, OR A REFUND- as I am legally entitled under consumer law! Not according to their dodgy fine print/clause. If they do the right thing, then I will amend my review accordingly

Total disgrace. Unable to confirm delivery date, unable to provide a tracking number, unable to provide a refund, unable to answer customers calls. All correspondence through live chat or email, no resolution granted. It's the courier's fault, on reading reviews it seems to ALWAYS be the couriers fault, why not change couriers to provide a service you advertise?

I placed an order for dry dog food on 1/9 after reading that my order would be dispatched in 1-2 days. I contacted the company again on 6/9 as I had yet to receive my order, waited 15mins for someone to join the online chat feature (as they were not taking calls due to covid) to be told that it was still in the warehouse. They contacted the warehouse and advised that the order had now been filled but I would need to wait 2-8 days for my order. If I had been aware that it would take this long for delivery I would have shopped elsewhere. This is was first time using this company and I won't be using them again.

I'm only writing a review here because it ranks highly and has few reviews. So I can skew it.

The problem with Budget Pet Products is their delivery partner, Aramex. They have a 1.3 rating on Google, if you scale that from 0 to 5 stars and round it up very generously it means they are a 0.5 star delivery service.

That has definitely been reflected through my experience with BPP, but moreseo recently where they don't even bother showing up to my house and take my packages to a "collection point" instead. There happens to be a cat food store right next to that that offers the same products and prices - that's not what I paid for.

Aramex Fastway, the delivery partner, are simply taking the piss. They're unable to fulfill the local loop of the logistics and that means that you can't trust Budget Pet Products to ship your orders to you, on-time, or at all.

Very poor service, took money for order and would not send it. This online shop seems to be taking advantage of the covid 19 situation and advertising exceptionally cheap deals, and when you purchase these deals, this online shop takes your money and will not send your purchase. The evidence I have is they say I need to approve my account, that you do not have with this online shop and then I question this, they then say the credit card is fraudulent, yet they take your money.
Further investigation shows this is not a company and doesn't have a telephone number. I think they are deceiving the public
I have also downloaded the Terms and Conditions, this does not mention approving accounts anywhere as the first email suggests.
