Every time I place an order I pay to get a tracking number. Almost every time I have to send a message inquiring about the tracking number. They do not send me an email in response, but when I check a week later they have added the tracking information. I have to fight to get the information that I pay to have supplied. I find this disturbing, because they do not want to follow thru with what a customer pays to have supplied. This issue makes me concerned about the practices.

Shipping is scary, being from overseas. Yes, there is tracking but that's scary too. But, thank God, it got here. Budget does have the best prices, especially for those with limited money but want to take care of their animals. Vets, here, in the u.s. are so expensive.

Ordered my dog's exact heartworm medicine without paying for a visit to the vet. I got a years supply for less money than I would get a six months supply at the vet's office. They told me it would take about three weeks, but it got to me within two. Sometimes packaging is in a different language but it is the exact same product when packaging is in English. Works great for my indoor/outdoor cat.
