We appreciate the prices and the discounts though when we're typing in credit card numbers, it would be nice just to have a display of the numbers versus having to go back-and-forth on the screen between numbers and letters.

We have been your customer for several years and you keep your word and are significantly cheaper than Chewy and Amazon keep it up

There are so many products available, it makes comparing / pricing out options really convenient. I have looked into other veterinary supply-type online retailers and they don't even compare on prices, options, and discounts.

These prices are great considering the over dozen animals we have and it really helps us minimize the vet extras. The customer service is also great, as I've had to call a couple of times. They were very professional and helpful.

Previous orders have shipped slower than from other sites. However, the cost difference more than offsets a slight delay. Wonderful site!

I have been happy buying my dogs' meds here but I was disappointed that the auto shipment I canceled online a while back after my yorkie passed did not take effect and I still received an auto shipment last October which cost me over $90 unnecessarily. Upon phone follow up with customer service, I was told that auto shipment cancellation needed to be made on the phone with a live representative. IMO this is something that needs to be addressed to improve your customer online experience.

Had one package "lost" in the mail. I tried once again and received the product. I hope this package does NOT get lost in the mail.

Love they offer free shipping underneath make term also love earring credit balance money and I like the prices much better than the vet but when I first started buying from them there prices where even better than they are now

I don't order pet meds anywhere else! Vets where I live are SO expensive to go to just to get a standard flea and tick prescription. Thank you for keeping your products affordable!
