Friendly and easy service for my purchase. In state delivery was within a week. I will reccomend and use them in the future.
Everything was smooth, company took their time to work with me even when some parts ordered were on backorder.
It was my technician that found the necessary part on this site, so I purchased it here. He wasn't happy with the price, but it was cheaper than replacing the entire unit for me. That extra 20% surcharge for expedited shipping seems excessive. Also, that I had to pay for taxes outside of the payment plan made through Affirm was also suspect. Since I had to follow up on why the unit hadn't yet been shipped and was given that reason, I feel it caused an unnecessary delay. It was a heating unit and I had to endure a week of weather in the 40s without it. Finally, there was a disconnect between the shipping time frame given to me by the person at Budget. Thankfully, I received the item a day after speaking with them and not the later date. I had hoped since we were all in Florida, this would have been a more streamlined process. I do wonder if the very similar looking part I saw on Amazon, for less, would have arrived faster. Especially because the tech realized this was a bit different than what he expected. I am grateful that he was able to make it work. In summary, I am grateful overall, but wish this had been a smoother process.
VIC WORKED WITH ME FOR A WEEK TO PURCHASE THE PROPER HVAC SYSTEM AND TO GET AN INSTALLER. HE WENT BEYOND NORMAL SERVICE TO HELP ME. INSTALL TOOK ONLY 3 1/2 HRS FOR A COMPLETE INSTALL, INCLUDING OLD SYSTEM REMOVAL. VIC AND THE INSTALLER SHOULD BE PROPERLY RECOGNIZED
I ordered 2 Gree Flexx systems for my house. Budget had the best pricing and fast flexible shipping. When one of the heat pumps was damaged during shipping, Budget even got a new one out to me in time for my installation date. Highly recommended both Budget Heating & Air and the Gree Flexx system (it's incredible).

Ordered heat strip from budget and they delivered, quick and kept me informed
Ordering was easy. Budget Heating contacted me to ensure the order was correct and walk me through the process of receiving the items. Two mini-splits arrived in good shape and on time. Project is underway!

I am very pleased with your company, website was easy to navigate and placing an order was simple. The issue I ran into was a delay in shipping do to a inaccurate shipping cost estimate. After two weeks I hadn't received any shipping confirmation, so I called and was transferred to a gentleman who said it had not been shipped due to a shipping cost increase. He apologized and told me they needed a extra $200.00 for shipping. I did not mind the extra shipping $, it was about the delay, we were without any Hvac for 4 weeks and now we are in a heat wave. I realize that shipping cost are going up, I just felt like I had been misplace with no word for a unusually long time. Thank you, Jeff Kuss
