The website was very user-friendly, and the prices were unbeatable. I called Customer Service for follow-up as soon as I placed my online order, and everyone I spoke with was professional and efficient. Due to our immediate need for the furnace, Chris Tompkins was outstanding in ensuring my order was quickly processed and all additional paperwork was properly filled out and received. The tracking emails were very helpful and allowed all the parties at my end to be prepared for delivery and installation. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with this company and would highly recommend their services.

Shipping rates to high.
Product was well priced and service generally good, from the seller to the shipper. I had to keep calling to keep the paper process moving, but was an inconvenience, not an issue.
Budget is a great option to have especially if you don't live near a supply house, save time and money without chasing down what you need. Web site is easy to navigate and I have it bookmarked for future needs.

Had discussion with a Randy Montes, supposedly a manager or owner. Sent him pictures of the product that was sent, definitely not new. Product upon arrival was dirty, oily, satined, and has fingerprints on it, and came in a white box. Promised to get call backs for a representative to send me a new replacement for three weeks and none yet. Trying to get a refund as this is poor and non-communicative customer service. Buyer beware of this vendor.
I bought a furnace it was delivered
Ordering was easy. One unit arrived with a dent that was a bit ugly but didn't affect performance. Everyone I spoke with about the dent followed up as promised.

We apologize for the experience you had with the product. We purchased this item direct from our vendor who delivered it to us. Prior to shipment we never open the thermostat packaging because just as you assumed, we also assume we have been delivered a brand new product and do not want to break the product seal. After investigation, the vendor had a mix-up in their warehouse and mistakenly marked a returned thermostat as new and reshipped it to us. A manager at our office has reached out to you in regards to this situation and a prepaid return label has been issued and emailed to you. We will gladly issue you a refund or reship a new thermostat to you right away. We do apologize for the delay but we received the pictures from you last week and have taken action with the vendor and will make you whole either way you decide to go.
