Product not yet installed, ordering was easy and delivery was on time and well packaged
The staff was friendly and courteous and knowledgeable
The air handler having no visual damaged from shipping. But upon further investigation the fan was miss aligned and the unit was tweeted.This required a complete disassembly of the unit and straightening of the sheet metal. I am hopeful no other problems arise from this like a leak in the coil.

Shipping doesn't make much sense as far as calculation goes. Could calculate the full price prior to checkout so you don't think you're only paying $70 for shipping
