This company is a SCAM, most epic $#*!show. We had to book 3 tickets, booked thru them, got confirmation for all 3, later found that 2 tickets have been bumped cz the price wasn't available. NO HELP WAS GIVEN BY THIS WEBSITE, NOTHING AT ALL.

I have the mistake of booking thru BudgetAir.com and the moment I booked it the problem starts. It is so difficult to get hold of them and they have given me a lot of hard time and stress on my booking. The worst part is the ticket that I bought for my mom thru this agency and she passed away before she was able to use the inbound ticket. I tried to do a refund and since I didn't book directly from the airline, they told me that I need to process the refund thru BudgetAir. Without empathy at all, BudgetAir give me a hard time again processing the refund up to the point that they don't answer my emails and up to this time, they ignore me. Do not book to this agency! I am informing all my friends and family not to do any booking on this agency!

They have hidden fees that can cost more than a one-way ticket fare, and the information provided by the agents is not consistent.

I had good experience so far in terms of chat feature worked for me to get hold and sort any issues I had so far

They somehow are a third party company that you get directed to when you are booking certain flights through google flights. They book your flight with their on cards! When a refund is issued it goes to their bank card not yours

Budgetair is completely fraud.pls don't book any tickets through this site. I lost around 2k CAD even though airline refunded the amount. They cheat people and don't answer calls

They took my money, went to the airport and found out they had cancelled the booking (without telling me). Had to find a last minute expensive flight and waiting for a reufund now (funny they cant take immediately but takes 2 weeks to refund.) Got an email a day after the flight saying the booking was cancelled. Walk away from these people.

Exorbitant charges charged for cancellation of flights. Was trying to cancel a flight, but was told that after considering their charges, I will not get any refund

I highly recommend to don't use Budget Air. I used it twice and I met issues twice:

1/ First one, I paid for my flight but then I did not receive any confirmation email from Budget Air. I had to wait several days to receive an email from them saying that they did not booked my flight because their prices where not up-to-date when I did my booking (I have been refunded the week after).

2/ The airline delayed my flight by 30min more than a month before the trip. The d-day at the airport I found out that Budget Air did not confirmed with the airline that I was still coming (as they should have done) so I could not take my flight and I had to buy new tickets in last minute (I don't know yet if I will refunded for the missed flight).

Do not book with them! My family of 6 booked return flights with them for a quick trip to Yellowknife and three weeks before they changed our flight dates. There's no way to get a hold of them, and no alternative options presented by them. None of us can make it for that long as we have jobs, and all our accommodation and activities are non refúndale by now. Worst mistake ever!

Flight was cancelled no refund no one to talk to waste of money and time give your money to charity instead

I should have cancelled going through them when both of my credit cards declined the charge 2x.
Second red flag was when I got a call back from them with a "scam likely" number.
They owe me over $2250 USD and told me "do whatever you want".

Stay out, purchased tickets to Middle East before war happened in October 2023 after 2 weeks try to cancel answer was we don't care lost 1800$$ and those guys doesn't care, their excuse was the airport still open you still can go, they don't care about your money safety nothing

This Site are scammers. They do not know how to treat people and just use API to do bookings and milk people out of money. They policies to change fares and even though their faults wouldn't acknowledge and adjust the fees

I rented a car from BudgetAir through Car Trawler for $189 but never received the car or a refund. I arrived at the airport at 3 am and found no one there to assist me. Despite following all instructions and attempting to contact the car rental desk using the provided number, I received no response. After a 2.5-hour wait and a 22-hour flight, I had to take a taxi to my hotel. When I reached out to them a few days later, they requested my flight ticket information, which I provided. However, they refused to issue a refund, claiming I didn't show up. I insisted that I was there and followed all instructions but got no response. I filed a bank claim, but they repeated the same story to my bank, making it harder to get my money back. It's been two months of trying to resolve this with no resolution in sight. I advise against using this service - they partner with frauds, and by using this services you risk to loose a lot ore than you save.
