Smooth Process. The only thing that could change my opinion is the time it takes for my purchase to be delivered. Delivery was great but the hats were bent and had creases in them. There should be better packaging for these items since they are being used to be screenprinted and resold.

Good! The buying experience was good. The quality of the hat that i picked out was not what i was expecting. Not their fault as the pictures show the slight bump on the top of the hat in the pictures they provided.

Very smooth. Great responsive web site. Experience was amazing. However the black on white trucker caps (not foam) have black stitching on the edge. Makes it look cheap. All other trucker hats are really good looking.

My order arrived on time, but I had to air the products out. It had a warehouse smell to it. The products were of great quality and I will order from them again.

Overall everything was fine. I did have one hat that had the clasp broken, so I am waiting for a replacement.
