Not hard at all
You products and pricing is great. The problem is im a retail custom business, and when i order for items for my customers and you give me an eta i pass that same eta to my customers. So when it shows days later, i loose money. So in short my new friends if the order delivery time cant be met then give customers free shipping. Cant complain about that. Im ordering again i hope this one is on time. Im gonna pay for 3 day we'll see.

I ordered a dozen black hats and received 8 black and 4 camo. Not sure why you did that. Hats are for a Veterans day event for a color guard. We'd hoped to have all the same color hats. Nice hats, just didn't get what we asked for.
