I bought the freshwater pearls for an overseas visitor, thinking they would be s nice souvenir from Australia. In my ignorance, I was not aware that there are no freshwater pearls harvested in Australia.
The ladies in this company were absolutely delightful to speak with on the phone, and when I had actually ordered the incorrect size, I was promptly given a replacement and with the utmost of help on the telephone.

The service and delivery was excellent. It was just a pity the jewellery was not presented a little better. Maybe a box presentation would have been better than the flimsy "cheap" looking material tie string bag it was sent in. Cheapened the whole appearance.

Earrings were purchased as "gold pearl drop", yet I cannot find the "gold stamp" I am nervous about wearing them as I have an allergy to nickel and would have a very serious reaction. Please confirm the content of the hooks.
