Bought some beautiful pearl earings on 7th August. They left WA on the 9th August. Still have not received them.
Hi Pamela, Sorry to hear you are disappointed. It is important to note that your order was made on processed at 5.27pm on the 7th August and dispatched on the 8th August. All orders are shipped with Australia Post and as per their website and ours, delivery can take between 3-10 business days. As it has only been 5 business days it is still within the advertised timeframe. Once a order leaves us we have no control over it as it is in the hands of Australia Post.
Beautiful cultured pearl ring I bought one for myself and one for my sister for her birthday she absolutely loves it.
Unfortunately one of the items I received was incorrect and it is up to me to
Pay to return the part wrongly delivered.
