The item is not what was displayed. They said a black pearl and it was brown. The item was displayed on a black string and arrived on a purple string. I am asking for my money back. Most disappointed customer.

I have reviewed your order and can advise that you ordered a purple multi strand wire with peacock black pearl. The product description clearly states that the colour of the necklace is purple or silver and that the pearl is a Cultured Freshwater 12-12.5mm Peacock Black ( colour varies from black, blue, purple, bronze and blue/green). It is also important to note that we do not stock a black necklace/black pearl in the style.
