Recently I contacted Broome Staircase Designs requesting 3 very special bracelets to be made. A dear friend passed away and we wanted a gift to remember her.
The staff and their customer service were exceptional. They helped me to design the bracelets and met our budget. We had to get them shipped overseas and even when there was an issue with delivery, the staff went above and beyond to help me. The bracelets are exquisite and I am so very grateful.

I received my ordered items very quickly which I am veery grateful. But, on checking my order I realised that the incorrect bracelet was sent in silver instead of gold. I contacted the chat line service and they advised that I needed to contact a supervisor, which I did and the problem was rectified immediately (although there were no promises! That it would arrive in time for the gift to be given to the chosen person). Fortunately, I was able to RTS the wrong item, and the correct piece arrived in time for my function. I was thankful, that the item arrived in time, but it was stressful waiting for it. A simple error that really should not have happened in the first place.

Hello, I cant think of anything more that could have been provided - as I am a wee bit older I wasn't very keen on using the online /iPhone so I called up and everything was great, service, timely delivery, lovely person on end of the phone - Christmas pressies done and dusted. Thankyou.

Hi Shayne, I can see that you ordered on the 21st November 2020, and the order was processed and shipped on the 23rd November to NSW and was delivered on the 1st December 2020. Therefore your order took 6 days to arrive, which is awesome considering COVID. We hope you are happy with your purchase now that you have received it.
