I was glad i checked out the Broome Staircase Design during our short visit to Broome and found a pair of loose pearls that I really liked. Julia took care in explaining to me the qualities of the pearls and that she can install the necessary posts to fit my hoop earrings, which she did in about 20 minutes. I got the certificates of authenticity too. Very professional.
