I initiated a telephone request the day before after closing. I received a call back the following morning. Joel from BF was able to answer my questions, he was professional and polite. His service was much appreciated.
I originally set up my acount with Broad Financial over 7 years ago to participate in some oil and gas opportunities. BF was the most recommended and most professional of the groups I spoke to. The on-boarding process was quite professional and very painless. I recently called them to see if I could use this account to invest in cryptocurrency. They not only could immediately answer in the affirmative, but sent me literature on how to set up an account with Coinbase so I could purchase and trade cryptos.
Two weeks ago, I was asked by an associate who I used to set up my self-directed IRA, and I promptly recommended Broad Financial, and would do so again.
I have been with your company 5 years now and was thinking of moving my account to someplace here in California. It's not a large account but your staff treats me like it is a billion dollars. Whenever I call everyone is so professional and courteous. In this instance the help from Joel was the best I could ever expect. When I ask a question and he was not sure he said "Let me check that for you and I will get back to you with the correct information". I valued that statement. Then he was sure to deliver accurate information and was able to help me complete my LLC once again. His assistance is much appreciated. Oh and it is also the reason I chose to stay with Broad Financial.

They set me up with an LLC and EIN without any hassle. When I got a form to fill out from New York State about tax they emailed a pdf that explained clearly how to fill it out. I feel well cared for.

I had a concern about my self directed IRA held by Fidelity being considered an investment account (and not an IRA) and I called and spoke to Mark who reassured me that all was well and it was considered a disregarded entity due to the fact that the LLC was owned by the IRA.

Your IRA's literally sell themselves. My advisor, Noah, was mostly nice and helpful but was somewhat irritated by my newbie questions. Still, he was very helpful describing your self-directed IRAs and all associated fees. I came prepared, and was ready to commit immediately. Noah worked very quickly to get the process started.
