My experience needed to be expedited and was handled immediately.
It was a great experience all around!
Information was clearly presented. Organizational binder of trust documents and steps to follow was well laid out and informative. All seems to be in order, and I look forward to a long term partnership with Broad Financial.
I called with a question for Jeff as I was preparing to complete my binder before heading to my bank to open my account but was directed to another guy. Although he answered my question, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. I know everyone has a bad day but I felt he was not enthusiastic as Jeff had been with me. Other than that Everything has gone as promised. Any questions my bank had for me was answered by my supplied folder. I went to transfer money from my IRA at my broker and was met with still more questions in which the supplied form supplied. He wasn't exactly happy with me but that was his problem. All in all a very painless transition. Looking forward to controlling my own growth thanks to Broad Financial!
The system is too slow. Although the binder was sent via FedEx it took 7-days to arrive. It takes 10-days to process wire transaction?
I had heard from friends about the complexity of setting up a self-directed IRA. Broad Financial does almost all the work quickly and at a reasonable cost. I'm very pleased with the service so far.
Very straight forward and professional assistance with a very complex and technical topic.
Very happy with the service as it has enabled me to align my investments (real estate) with my financial goals (monthly income and balance left for my wife and children).
Very impressive performance, thanks
Quick and easy. Strong customer relations service.
Great folks to work with. Took care of all our needs and questions!
Appreciate the quick response time and prompt service!
Questions were answered directly and completely. Process was much easier than I anticipated.
Thanks,
Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
Answer: Hello Robert! There are no restrictions in this case, but in order to transfer your Self-Directed IRA to an IRA that allows you to invest in stocks, you would need to liquidate or retire any alternative assets before rolling over to a QRP. Another option is that your plan administrator must write a letter saying they accept alternative assets. However, this depends on the type of investments you would be holding at the time.
Answer: Hello Tyrone! Our company was founded in October of 2004.
