I ordered an engagement ring and my now fiancé doesn't care much for the over the top rings. I got a subtle and elegant ring everyone loves.

I bought an engagement ring just prior to a trip to Italy. Natasha helped me choose the stone that was in my budget and met my requirements (5C's) and what I thought was the perfect design. The ring arrived on time and was beyond my expectations. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the proposal could not happen. But in the interim I found out that my design was not completely in line with her dream design. So Natasha helped me correct that. I returned my stone, they have reset it in the new setting and it will no doubt will arrive as a gorgeous ring that meets her dreams and in time for a Valentine's Day proposal!

Had a great experience with Brilliance. Checked their website, used the chat feature to answer my questions, and called and spoke directly with them. With very short notice, I ordered 3/4 Carat Diamond Studs for a gift for Christmas and they arrived just in time. She loves them!

We needed someone to build our custom ring design, and Brilliance did it perfectly. With some patience and hard work, we collaborated to create the most beautiful ring, and my fiancé couldn't be happier. Which is a good thing, because she might not always be happy with me, but when she looks at that ring, she'll always be happy with it. Haha. Seriously, it's a long and tedious process, but we'll worth it. You only get one chance to do it the first time. Why not do it right? Highly recommend Brilliance.

The prices and selections are very good. I put based 2 pair of diamond earrings. LOVE them! They aren't also very responsive to questions. I'll go back.
